Australian Transport Company

Annual Turnover $18 million

Scoped, project managed and implemented a new fully integrated ERP system across the business which saw multiple other systems to be made redundant and integrate all departments into one.

We also established a Corporate Governance and Control System including overseeing and developing company policies and procedures across all departments including Human Resources, WHS, Operations and NHVR Compliance.

Australian Specialty Fashion Retailer

Annual Turnover $830 million

Worked closely with the Brand GM for an Australian fashion chain to reforecast and update the brands rolling three year forecast. Using historical data and integrating this with sales, gross margin and cost projections we were able to gain board approval for additional funding that allowed the brand to expand into a new revenue stream, invest in expanding brand advertising, employ additional human resources and develop a robust framework to support ongoing decision making.

Leading Multinational Oil Company

Annual Turnover $3.07 billion

Consolidated group reporting to include weekly dash reports, monthly management accounts, board packs and business performance analysis. The new reporting allowed for group-wide financial performance reporting and analysis to be provided to the Group Country GM and Finance GM to guide post integration decision making.
